Carbon credits
With the recent global commitment to reduce the amount of greenhouse gases vented to the atmosphere there is a very active market of carbon credits both from compliance and voluntary clients. Due to our relationships with project developers in India, the United States and CIS countries our company is able to assist you in sourcing carbon credits and projects under the different existing schemes and guide you through the whole purchasing process from project evaluation to fair price negotiation until ERPA signing.

Clean Development Mechanism
With the objective of promoting the adoption of clean development technologies by less developed countries, the Kyoto protocol established the guidelines to develop emission reduction projects in countries without commitments under the protocol. The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) pursues to facilitate the transfer of clean technologies and resources from the more polluting developed countries to countries where the lack of resources would otherwise make very improbable the adoption of a low carbon economy.
Joint Implementation Mechanism
Under the Joint Implementation (JI) mechanism, developing countries which ratified the Kyoto protocol may host emission reduction projects partnering with developing countries to facilitate the transfer of clean technologies and resources.
Our Clients
European energy companies with commitments under the EU Trading Scheme and worlwide traders are the most common companies that require our services to source compliance and voluntary credits and projects in the carbon market.
